Please find following details of public transport services to and from the Yorkshire Air Museum. A return service run by Top Line Travel means that some scheduled services by other operators can be utilised.
All times Monday to Friday depart from York War Memorial, Station Road. The bus picks up from Merchantgate (Piccadilly) 7 minutes later. This is the 195/6 Service operated by East Yorkshire Motor Services.

The only return services operated by East Yorkshire Motor Services between Monday and Friday are at 12.03 on Mondays and Thursdays and at 13.03 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Top Line Travel run a daily (including weekends) return service to York and the railway station, at 1635, from directly outside the museum gate, from 21st March until 30th September. Between October and March (2009), this will be on school days only.

Saturday:
Thornes Independent - departing at 1130am from Merchantgate, Piccadilly, York, with a return at 1.30pm (Elvington Lane / B1228) or Top Line Travel during Summer Season as above.
Sunday:
East Yorkshire Motor Services - No. 18A York - Holme on Spalding Moor.
Departs York (Merchantgate) at 10.00, 12.00, 14.00. Return times are 1.40 or 3.40 from Elvington Lane, or Top Line Travel as above.
